Women in Tech Western New York is a half-day conference, now entering its 5th year, scheduled for March 26, 2026. It is planned and hosted collaboratively by TechBuffalo, 43North, and Be in Buffalo.
Women in Tech WNY conference builds community, visibility, and support systems for women advancing Western New York’s tech economy. With a focus on leadership development, career mobility, and technology, attendees will connect, collaborate, and celebrate achievements in a supportive community.
