Massage Therapist- LMT

We are seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) with experience or strong interest in sports therapy, medical massage, and injury recovery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about functional movement, body mechanics, and helping clients recover from training and improve performance.
 

Responsibilities:

• Provide customized massage therapy sessions with a focus on sports recovery, injury prevention, and mobility enhancement

• Collaborate with personal trainers and other wellness professionals to support client goals

• Maintain accurate treatment notes and uphold professional standards of care

• Educate clients on at-home recovery strategies, stretching, and maintenance routines

• Help foster a professional, welcoming environment within the gym

Qualifications:

• Active Massage Therapy License in the state of New York

• Strong background or interest in sports massage, deep tissue, trigger point, and/or medical massage

• Knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, and athletic recovery methods

• CPR/AED certification preferred

• Excellent communication and client service skills
