WE R Solutions Marks 716 Day with Major Milestones – Welcomes Interns, Expands Team, and Retires 'BOSS' Name

Buffalo, NY – In celebration of 716 Day, a proud nod to the Queen City’s area code and spirit of innovation, WE R Solutions, Western New York’s trusted provider of virtual assistant services, is excited to announce a series of milestones that reflect its continued growth as a people-centered, globally minded company.

This summer, Justine Bio and Emzelle Awal—students from the College of Information Technology and Computer Science at the University of the Cordilleras—join WE R Solutions as summer interns. They will support the company’s Shared Services Team and Subject Matter Experts, gaining hands-on experience in web development, automation, and systems support.

This marks the second batch of interns joining WE R Solutions from the University, reinforcing a growing partnership between the company and one of the Philippines' leading academic institutions. Last year, WE R welcomed its very first intern from the University’s College of Business Administration, laying the foundation for this meaningful cross-border learning initiative.

In addition to its internship program, WE R Solutions recently welcomed Joanne Malag as the company’s new Client Success Coordinator. Joanne brings with her a strong background in the hospitality industry, with deep experience in customer support and service quality. Her ability to anticipate client needs and deliver seamless service made her a natural fit for the role.

A New Chapter: Saying Goodbye to “BOSS”

As part of its evolution, WE R Solutions is officially retiring the “BOSS by WE R Solutions” brand name—a title that originally reflected the company’s focus on empowering entrepreneurs through Business Operations Support Services. While the BOSS identity served its purpose during the early phases of growth, the decision to simplify the brand name to WE R Solutions reflects the company’s broader mission, wider service offerings, and deeper integration with its clients' teams and goals.
