PATIENT SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE - DOWNTOWN BUFFALO

UBMD Primary Care is seeking a full-time Patient Services Representative (PSR) for our busy multi-specialty outpatient clinic in the Conventus Medical Office Building at 1001 Main Street in Buffalo. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:30 am–5:30 pm, with one Thursday evening shift (11:30 am–8:00 pm) per month on rotation. ?FREE PARKING!! Responsibilities include greeting patients, check-in/check-out, insurance verification, appointment scheduling, copay collection and reporting, and general customer service and office tasks. Candidates should have 1–2 years of medical office experience, strong communication and multi-tasking skills, and proficiency with EMR and Healthenet systems. Pay range is $17-$19/hour.  Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screen.   AA/EOE
