Patient Services Representative - Williamsville, NY

UBMD Primary Care is seeking full-time Patient Services Representatives (PSRs) for our busy outpatient clinic located at 850 Hopkins Road in Buffalo, NY. The schedule is generally Monday through Friday,9 AM to 5 PM, with the ability to work two to three evening shifts per month (12:30–8:30 PM) on rotation with the PSR team. Responsibilities include greeting patients, managing a high call volume, performing check-in and check-out, verifying insurance, scheduling appointments, collecting copays and completing daily copay reports, and providing general customer service and office support. Candidates must have excellent communication and multi-tasking skills, 1–2 years of medical office experience, proficiency with EMR and Healthenet, and general office skills such as faxing and copying. Pay range is $17.00 - $19.00/hour. Any offer of employment is contingent upon successful background check and drug screen. AA/EOE
